Upon departure we take care of the complete inspection of the apartment, we find any damage that may have been caused and we review the inventory.

Our cleaning team is in charge of checking everything and making sure that the house is in the same conditions as the first day for the next guest.

Complete management of deposit

When making each reservation we take care of rentaining an economic amount that varies depending on each property as a deposit concept. This deposit is retained until the guest leaves the property, returning the amount paid at the beginning within 7 days of the guest leaves the property.

Claim for damages

If the damage could be attributable to the guest, we contact him and make the pertinent steps to replace or fix the dysfunction that could have been caused by paying the damage deposit.
