Our rental concept offers different pricing methods and booking conditions between the different rental forms:
In rentals by days, the price is established daily, the deposit is proportional to the duration of the stay. In this type of rental you must pay the full amount of the reservation, plus the amount of the deposit and the amount of the cleaning. The minimum stay is established by days.
In rentals by months, the price is established monthly. The minimum stay is established for months and varies according to each property. Yes, you can arrange a visit to the property with our team. It is very important that you see all the characteristics and details of the house beforehand.
If your arrival at the property is from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., you have two options:
- Make check-in in person paying an amount of 30 euros from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. From 12 noon it will cost 50 euros.
