- Any damage produced in the house as a result of the action of the guest, the HomesCollections team will take the pertinent steps to be able to deduct the expenses from the guest’s deposit.
- Any necessary maintenance action in the house will be informed to the owner and a budget will be sent with the cost of the same, as well a replacement if it is necessary.
