Spacious house with private pool in Seville

This house is divided into three levels, perfectly distributed with maximum comfort and intimacy possible.

On the first level we can find an outdoor yard with garden that introduces us to the entrance of the house. An entrance hall presents the double living room with a capacity for 10 people. The dining room also located in this spacious room comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, since the table is extendable. In the back part of the first level we find an outdoor patio with pool (4m x 4m), an outdoor dining table and a sunbed. There is and outstanding typical Sevillian orange tree, that offers in springtime a wonderful smell of orange blossom. The kitchen is connected with this outdoor patio and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. In this same level we can find a guest bathroom.

On the second level, we can find the resting area. A landing distributes us to the different rooms. On the right we can find a large bedroom with double bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a balcony towards the street. Therefore, in this wing of the house we can find a fabulous Walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with its shower and bathtub to take a relaxing bath after a hectic day in the city. On the left wing, we can find a bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, and another bedroom with a single bed and built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub and bidet attends these two bedrooms.

On the third level of the house we can find another bedroom with a bunk bed, where the children can sleep, as well as a bathroom with its shower that attends this bedroom. A large roof terrace and laundry room with its washer and dryer is also located on this level.

The house is located in the exclusive Barrio de Heliopolis in Seville, an area characterized by its regional Andalusian architecture, breathing pure Sevillian air walking through its streets. The neighborhood is very close to the center, and is full of services, having between its streets the famous Benito Villamarin Stadium of the Real Betis Football Club.

Without doubt, this house is the perfect choice for families or large groups who really want to enjoy the vibrant city, but with the possibility to unwind in a large place, with a pool and where you can drink wine on a private terrace enjoying that Orange blossom smell that characterizes Seville.
